- Created the data collection and analysis plan - as well as the website, promotional graphics, and translation procedures - for What Women Want, a year-long, global campaign with over 250 partner organizations which aims to reach 1 million women and girls to improve the quality of healthcare they receive during pregnancy and childbirth.
- Modernized and streamlined donor engagement by overseeing the launch of WRA's first CRM, Welcome Series, monthly giving program and peer-to-peer fundraising platform that collectively led to a 29% increase in high value donations in 2017 and a tripling in one-off donations in the first part of 2018.
